Genesis Builders Group is pleased to announce our new Referral Program. We understand that the best builders are always the ones that grow by reputation and word of mouth. In honour of that, we would like to show our appreciation to those who refer their friends, colleagues and family to us.
The process is very simple, once a client completes a new purchase of a single family home with Genesis Builders Group and all waivers and conditions are removed, Genesis Builders Group will send you a cheque for $2,500.00 and the new homeowner will receive $2,500.00 in free upgrades towards their new home.
A referral certificate must be completed at the showhome at the time of the contract signing. It will then be included as part of the contract. (click for printable pdf
